Get the most out of GS Software
Training
Training for GS Quote is provided via video tutorials that are accessed through the system. These tutorials show you how to utilise the features of the system, including System Set up – Customising the appearance of the system, setting up Job Profiles - Customer Management, setting up Job Cards and producing Quotes. GS Lite includes all the features of GS Quote plus CRM and invoicing, and also has video tutorials covering these areas and training via remote connection.
GS Onestop is more comprehensive and requires training via a remote connection to the user’s PC. The support team will demonstrate working examples of various features of the system. Initial training consists of a 30 minute introduction to GS Onestops workflow – consisting of Creating Customers, Job Cards and Invoics, plus using the search functions.
Further training is provided as required covering any aspects and functions of GS Onestop.
These may include;
- Garage Setup & Basic Process Flow
- Parts Ordering via The Parts Alliance - Goods In/Out
- Parts Lookup via (AlliCat On-Line) and On-Line Ordering
- Profiles Maintenance - Different Job Card/Invoice Print Formats - Notes & Alerts including MOT and Service Reminders
- Scheduler / Dashboard - Resource & Staff Utilisation - Sales Accounts
- Sage exporting
- How to make use of the Reports
All GS Onestop & GS Lite customers benefit from continual support and training as and when requested, when new features are added, training will be provided.
Support
Technical support will be provided through Remote, Telephone and Email services. We will endeavour to resolve all problems relating to GS as quickly and efficiently as possible.
As part of the telephone support service, a trained technician will speak to the caller to ascertain the problem, identify the cause and to establish a solution. Remote access is an option available to us to assist where necessary. If the situation can’t be resolved at this point the call will be escalated to a senior advisor.
Support Emails will be responded to as quickly as possible within working hours.
Support for GS can be fully customised to suit your businesses requirements. Our highly trained technicians are available from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

Training Videos
Training Videos are available for viewing to help with common tasks performed in GS Onestop. GS Quote and GS Lite benefit from inbuilt training videos to guide you through each screen.
Frequently Asked Questions
If the Internet goes down, can I still work?
Yes, however you will lose access to the web services but you will still be able to create job cards and raise invoices
Can I import my current garage system data?
Yes, your current data can be imported in GS Onestop, Lite or Quote, as long as your data is not encrypted
Is the system backed up?
Yes, GS Onestop, Lite and Quote are backed up to your local PC, however we can tailor backups to your requirements
Are there any additional charges?
SMS messaging is an additional cost. However, all future upgrades, support and training are free of charge.
Will GS Onestop work on Apple iOS?
No, but if your Apple device is running a Windows installation then GS software can be set up to run on this device
Will GS Onestop run on my phone?
Using GS on your mobile device will need a subscription to GS Interface, call us to find out more information and costs
