GS Garage Management software offers the ability to create Customer information, Supplier Contact records, Sales Invoices and GS Onestop allows you to create Purchase Orders - all of these records can be exported from GS and imported in to Sage 50 and Xero Accounting software. This means that you are not inputting information twice.
The GS exporter is flexible and can be tailored to your accouting requirements for Sage50 or Xero depending on how much information you require in your Accounting software. The exported file can be imported into Sage50 or Xero which will then update all Customer, Supplier, Invoice and Purchase records to match GS, including any Credit Notes.
Our support team are able to help with setting up the exporter to your requirements and for new GS users who already use Sage50 or Xero we can capture your existing information and import it into your GS installation. As helpful as our Support team are we DO NOT support Sage or Xero and can not provide training for these products.
