Vehicle Details Screen

A recall button has been added next to the VRM on the Vehicle Detail Screen.  Use this new button to find out if the manufacturer has recalled a vehicle, part or accessory due to a serious safety problem.

Job Cards

We have added an MOT History shortcut button to Job Card from here you can view the current vehicle's MOT history

Job Cards

MOT Profile & Job Profiles buttons now display a cached list of previously selected profiles as a dropdown menu to enable you to select frequently used profiles more quickly

Job Cards

MOT Profile & Job Profiles; It is now possible to select multiple profiles at once meaning you can save time selecting all the profiles you require at the same time rather than having to select and add them to the Job Card individually

Post Code Look Ups

We now display Post Code credit levels from the Customer Details Screen and it is now possible to purchase Post Code Lookup credits too.  When your credits are running low simply press the "Buy Credits" button and follow the on screen instructions

SMS / Text Messages

SMS credit levels can now be viewed from all SMS message windows and as with Post Code Look up credits it is now possible to purchase SMS / Text Message credits from these locations.  When your credits are running low simply press the "Buy Credits" button and follow the on screen instructions

  • GS Onestop: Home Screen now available
  • DVLA: It is now possible to update all the MOT due dates for every vehicle in GS Onestop with (DVLA MOT Due Dates) in one fell swoop via system setup, note any vehicle not found to have a valid (MOT Due date) in the last 12 month will automatically be made inactive
  • DVLA: It is now possible to automatically update the (MOT Due date) in the background whenever performing a VRM lookup from a Job Card after changing customers, we have also added a Cancel button if no valid VRM found thus allowing users to re-enter a new VRM
  • Vehicle Details Screen: A recall button has been added next to the VRM on the Vehicle Detail Screen that launches a browser window to the DVLA Recall help page
  • Quote / Job Cards: We now allow users to send emails from within a Cash Quote or a Cash Job

  • Invoice Finder / Batch Email: GS traditionally would only allow a garage to send invoices by email to the customer associated with the invoice being sent, this is to protect the garage from accidentally sending invoices to wrong customer. Now there is a an exception to this rule where GS allows you to promote a specific customer to Accountant Status, this Accountant Status allows a garage to send invoices for any customer to this Accountant but only to this nominated Accountant.
  • Invoices: Payment Screen has been revamped to include a Confirm & Print option to complement the Confirm & Email option already available, customer preference also configurable in System Setup / Invoices tab
  • Purchase Finders: We have been asked to increase the maximum number of visible Purchases that can be shown per page from 30 to 500, now available
  • Diary: We now display the customer's name in a job in the Diary(week view) as we do in the Diary(day view)
  • Diary: We have now changed the behaviour of the Diary (i.e. if you open the Diary using the Week-View or Day-View at 12:00 the focus will now be moved to 12:00, rather than the start of the working day, the same way it does in QLO
  • Parts List / Product Groups: Users can now toggle between the Parts List & Product Group Maintenance Screen
  • Parts List / Product Groups Users can already create additional product groups, users can also make these additional product groups inactive. What's new is when one of these additional Product Groups is made inactive the the Product Group in question no longer appears for selection from the Product Group list
